Due to our increase business during the summer season, orders placed online may take up to 3 -5 business days to process and ship unless otherwise indicated. Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on Monday. All expedited orders are shipped via FedEx. All ground delivery orders are shipped via UPS Ground. Packages will not be left without a signature unless it is indicated by the customer. If orders are sent with ‘No Signature Required’, Temptu cannot be held responsible for any lost or misplaced packages.
For Packages sent by either UPS Ground or Federal Express, delivery will be attempted three times before the package is returned to our warehouse. Customers will be responsible for any additional shipping charges for returned packages.
Any International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country. These fees are levied once a shipment reaches your country and are the responsibility of the customer. Temptu has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; therefore customers should contact local customs office for further information. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates.
All alcohol based products packaged in 4oz. bottles or larger are considered Hazardous Materials and must be packaged accordingly. This shipping method will incur a $60 flat rate fee over FedEx shipping charges.
We can ship up to 30 1oz. bottles without incurring HazMat fees.
We accept all major credit cards: American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Discover.
We are required by law to collect state sales tax on orders being shipped to California, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, and Texas. Sales tax will be assessed on the total purchase, including shipping and handling charges.
Return must be made within 15 days of receipt of goods. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Due to health codes, an item that has been opened or used may not be returned. Custom orders are non-refundable.

Please indicate your order number along with your contact information and reason for returning. Please allow up to 5 business days to receive a refund. Refunds are issued to the form of payment only and are non-transferable. Returned orders with 10 or more items (sku's) and Kits may be subject to a 15% restocking charge.
Missent, Damaged, or Defective Merchandise:
For exchanges of missent, damaged or defective merchandise, we will credit you for the returned item upon receipt and send you a replacement with no additional shipping charges.
Temptu equipment that is purchased directly from Temptu can be sent in for maintenance and repairs. There is a $25 Labor and Inspection fee which does not include the cost of any new parts that are used. In addition to covering the repair cost, excluding parts, the Inspection Fee also includes a light cleaning. To send any Temptu equipment in to be repaired, you must call 212.675.4000 and receive an RA# that must be indicated on your package.
The Temptu warranty on every Temptu compressor and Temptu airbrush covers manufacturing defects for one year from the date of purchase. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or damage caused by negligence, mishandling, improper cleaning or equipment that has been altered in any way. Temptu will repair and replace parts that become defective within this year at our own discretion.
*Needles and Nozzles need to be replaced from time to time due to ordinary wear and are not covered by the Temptu warranty.
