Warranty:
At TEMPTU we believe very strongly in product quality and in our quality assurance processes. Every unit is subjected to rigorous inspection and test procedures to ensure it meets our exacting specifications. Defective product is extremely rare. We do, however, examine returned products to help us identify product and/or process improvements.
Every TEMPTU Pro AIR™ System includes a 15-day satisfaction guarantee and a one-year warranty covering any manufacturer defect-related problems resulting from everyday use of the product. The warranty does not cover damage resulting from use with a voltage source.

Return Information:
If you are not satisfied with your TEMPTU AIR™ Compressor purchase and would like to return it for a full refund, less shipping, please do so within 15 days of receiving your order.
Upon return, credit will be applied back to your original card, if purchased directly from the manufacturer. If original purchase was made from a third party, your credit will be issued via check and will be mailed within 4 weeks after receiving returned product.
Please note that TEMPTU does not permit the return of or offer refunds for:
1. Products purchased, new or used, from unauthorized distributors or through unauthorized distribution channels. 2. Products purchased more than 15 days prior. 3. Packages missing hardware components. 4. Products returned without a valid itemized receipt. 5. Shipping charges.
It is the responsibility of the sender to provide valid tracking information if confirmation of return is disputed. TEMPTU does not assume responsibility for lost or stolen product being returned for a refund.
Note: TEMPTU recommends that you (1) use a carrier that offers shipment tracking for all returns and (2) either insure your package for safe return to TEMPTU or declare the full value of the shipment so that you are completely protected if the shipment is lost or damaged in transit. If you choose not to (1) use a carrier that offers tracking and (2) insure or declare the full value of the product, you will be responsible for any loss or damage to the product during shipping. Please note that the United States Postal Service (USPS) offers limited tracking capabilities and that there is a 30-calendar-day waiting period before the USPS will initiate a trace.
